  • Mobility, Stretch & Recovery

This yoga class aims to enhance flexibility and range of motion while reducing stiffness and tension through both static and dynamic stretching exercises, as well as mobility workouts. Participants, including athletes, older adults, and individuals with physical limitations, can all benefit from improved balance and coordination.

The class promotes numerous health benefits, including reduced muscle tension, better posture, improved blood circulation, alleviation of stiffness, injury prevention, stress relief, better sleep, and an overall boost in mood and well-being. Engaging in stretching and mobility exercises is essential for helping individuals maintain independence and a good quality of life.

Props such as blocks, straps, rollers, and fascia release balls are often utilized to enhance the experience.

  • Restorative

In this slow-paced yoga class, we gently ease into each pose, minimizing muscular effort with the help of blocks, straps, and bolsters. In this fully supported state, the body can relax completely without experiencing strain or pain. Practicing restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps reduce stress and allows the body to rest, heal, and restore balance. The slow, gentle postures are typically held for 3 to 7 minutes, creating an opportunity for the body to release tension and enter a state of deep relaxation. Get ready to lower your heart rate and blood pressure, and enjoy a restful night’s sleep!

  • Private Classes

These one-on-one private yoga sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and are ideal for a personalized therapeutic approach, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to deepen your personal practice, these classes provide the support and encouragement you need.
